If you plan your winter vacation and want something different, the option to check is ICEHOTEL and hunting the northern lights. Sail along Norway’s dramatic coastline and visit the world-famous ICEHOTEL in Swedish Lapland.  There is a new architecture each year and amazing art works from the world artists. Build from ice, snow and snice (combination of water, air and snow), have to be seen to be believed. In each cold room with temperature around -5 C  to -7 C, beds are madden from ice blocks, wooden base and a mattress covered with reindeer skin. You sleep in thermal clothing and in thermal sleeping bag. Even the drinks glasses are made from ice. Whole interior looks amazing and unique. For the perfect experience you can combine one night in the cold room with several nights in warm accommodation to fully enjoy amazing Scandinavia experiences.

Enjoy in stunning beauty of the local Swedish landscapes, activities such as Husky and Dog Sled rides or drive your own snowmobile and the most important, hunt the Northern light, also called Aurora Borealis one of the natures great light and glow show. Lapland, Northern Norway and Tromso are widely regarded as some of the best places on earth to witness this breathtaking natural phenomenon. The strongest lights occur during October and March between 9pm and 1am.

The prices for staying in ICE room varies depending on dates from 230 € to 427 €. Hotel warm room can be booked for the price from 132 € to 225 €. The prices are higher in dates of New Year, Christmas and Valentine day.  Deluxe suit cost is 866 € for 1 night and it’s truly out of ordinary experience.
